It was perfectly pleasant time in Puerto Plata. Simply perfect location, loved the a la carte restaurant. The staff were courteous & looked after us and were ready to help. Modern design, good service in the entire hotel.

everything was amazing, we spent fine time here. the room was big size and big size, and the beds were large. breakfast was complimentary, variety of food. a magnificent beach, delightful view. apart from that, mount isabel torres was 5 minutes' drive away.

Our experience here was truly memorable! We appreciated almost every detail: best possible location, super cool staff. They offered a great selection of options for continental breakfast. Walking distance to the fantastic beach. Besides, Yasipark was 2 km away from the property.

I had a really really nice experience here, everything was nice, the location was ideal near the beach and the restaurants. Brand-new units with one extra grande double bed. The staff was willing to help and overall they were five star people.

Extravagant breakfast, great bed, ABSOLUTELY SUPERB view of garden. My room was huge and well heated. The staff were ready to help, they care about everyone. Super central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from gran ventana beach resort. Hotel's bar was busy.
